ORGANIC Unroasted buckwheat groats
Buckwheat groats (hreczana) are not considered cereals (such as barley groats or semolina). Small brown grains with triangular sides are the fruit of a small, growing up to 60 cm plant that produces fragrant white flowers. Buckwheat is a great source of protein, which is better absorbed than that derived from cereals. Not roasted, it is only dried, which makes its taste more delicate.

Instructions: pour the groats into boiling water and cook over low heat in the following proportion: 1 measure of groats and two measures of water. Before cooking, it is worth just rinsing it in a sieve under running water. Cook covered on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
Storage: store at room temperature in a dry, closed and shaded place.
