Dried white mulberry
Mulberry is a species of plant reaching up to 10 meters in height, native to Southeast Asia, where it has been used in Chinese folk medicine for centuries. The most popular varieties of this plant are white mulberry, black mulberry and red mulberry. Mulberry fruits look like blackberries from light to dark color depending on the variety. Dried white mulberry fruits can be eaten as a snack, an addition to muesli, homemade baked goods and desserts. They can also be used to prepare jams and marmalades.
