One of the Chinese emperors, resting under a tea bush, noticed that several leaves of the plant fell into a bowl of hot water. When he tasted the aromatic infusion, he was fascinated by it. Green tea is healthier than black tea, and at the same time less popular. The global production of green tea is dominated by China, followed by Japan, Indonesia and Vietnam. Unsweetened green tea is a zero-calorie beverage.

Method of preparation and storage:
